In 2019, we opened our doors at a very small location at the intersection of King and Trelawny Street falmouth, with a very big idea. instead of fast food, we'd serve fast gourmet dishes that were delirious and prepared with love.

It was a success from the start but quickly became something even bigger. We saw what was happening and got excited. The word was out Gourmet at king street was the new hot spot for perfect meals.

CHEF ALESSANDRO
Alessandro Fielding spent several years cooking in Jamaica and abroad. His latest feat was at the Marriott's Terra Marie in Georgetown, Guyana as Chef De Cuisine before heading back home to Jamaica to launch 876Cooking. He is also the current Executive Chef of the haute cuisine restaurant Steak House On The Bay, Montego Bay. Chef Alessandro is one of this generation's young talent helping to lead Jamaica's culinary experience with his modern contemporary approach to cooking. Some highlights of his career included, but not limited to cooking for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, His Excellency Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan; Former Jamaican Prime Minister PJ Patterson; Prince Harry and other Caribbean Heads Of State. The list also extends to local celebrities such as Popcaan, Beenie Man and Ding Dong among several others.
